DEADLINES:
NOW - Arrange roommates and one person call the Doubletree Hotel Dallas Market Center (1-800-222-TREE (8733) and ask for the “Beth Austin Block” to reserve the room. The room will need to be reserved w/ one roommate’s credit card, but everyone will be able to pay their portion at checkin. Room w/ 2 people $115 (plus taxes), Room w/ 3 people $125 (plus taxes), Room w/ 4 people $135 (plus taxes).
NOTE: All rooms will be release on June 22 and there are no guarantees of availability or group rate after this date.
JULY 1 - Pay for your Future Helm Area Awards Dinner. Make check payable to Beth Austin for $35 per person and mail to Beth Austin, 340 Moorefield Dr, Talladega AL 35160. (Change to flyer) This year's attire will be WILD snappy casual... think animal print!
JULY 1 - Email your Go-Give nomination to your Director.
